Simon has over 15 years' experience working in customer data and database management. From 1999 to 2004 he was on the B2B Council of the UK DMA, sitting on sub-committees leading to the development of the Business List Audit scheme and Data Best Practice Guidelines. Simon is also a founding director of Business Suppression Limited, a company in the forefront of providing B2B suppression files for data cleaning. He has written and spoken widely on Data Management issues and now advices companies on their approach to UK and multi-national data issues.

Geli has been with MarketDeveloper for 27 years. Initially she started as a Data Entry Operator then progressed to Supervisor/Office Manager, which is still her role. She now is also supporting the Account Management/Customer Services Team.

A Mechanical Engineering Graduate, who trained as a project engineer with Mercedes Benz before moving into the heavy duty diesel engine division of DaimlerChrysler (MTU). Involved in engine control module (computer) programming with Detroit Diesel. Jarrod has been involved with all aspects of information systems, including infrastructure setup, hardware systems, networking, databases, software development and programming. He has been Technical Director of MarketDeveloper since 2000.

After graduating in electrical and electronics engineering, Malcolm worked in high power electronics research before joining to the Medical research Council as a scientist/engineer. Nine years ago he moved into full time programming. He has worked with a wide range of software and hardware. In recent times he has worked mainly with web-based database applications on Windows platforms using the Visual Basic language.

Anthony joined MarketDeveloper as a junior developer. Now he is a Developer. He completed Kingston University HNC Business and Finance. He has a Microsoft Training in .net vb.net, asp, t-sql, html, javascript, vb

Mel, a pyschology graduate, has moved from working in the Mental Health arena, through health research data management to programming databases and data-driven applications. Mel has four years predominantly Windows software and web development for a variety of public and private sector clients.

Qualified from Bristol Polytechnic with a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies. Joined Direct Mail Producers Association as Assistant Director. When DMPA joined the Direct Marketing Association, became Membership and Research Manager. During this period, successfully completed the DMA Diploma. Left DMA to join Acxiom as Account Manager. Then moved to current position at Data Encoding/e-crmdata/MarketDeveloper in 1997.

After graduating from the Esher College, Ben completed Capital Business Skills training in Richmond Upon Thames College. He worked in as a Duty Manager in Hampton Pool Ltd and as an Account Manager for e-crmdata.com Limited. He has experience with training and sales of our CRM system.
